21/2017 | Recommendation concerning the dividend payment

Unibep S.A. (The Issuer, the Company) inform that on 30 March 2017, the Issuer's Management Board decided to recommend the Issuer's Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to pay the dividend from the net profit for 2016.
