The Management Board of UNIBEP S.A. (The Issuer, Company) informs that, on 2 March 2017, it has been notified about the conclusion of a framework contract for construction of modular flats (the Investment) in renewed competition mode. The Employer is AB Botkyrkabyggen with the registered seat in Tumba, Sweden.
