With reference to the content of the current report No. 3/2017 of 19 January 2017 and No. 4/2017 of 20 January 2017, UNIBEP S.A. (the Company) announces the first offer to purchase dematerialised ordinary bearer shares with the code PLUNBEP00015 of the Company (Own Shares) by the Company (the Offer).
