4/2017 | Adoption of a resolution by the Board of UNIBEP S.A. on the acquisition of own shares by the Company for redemption

With reference to the content of the current report No. 3/2017 of 19 January 2017 UNIBEP S.A. (the Company) announces that on 20 January 2017 the Management Board of UNIBEP S.A.  adopted a resolution concerning the acquisition  of own shares for redemption (Own shares) by the Company.
