Unibep SA offers an attractive salary and a wide range of additional benefits. The basic salary is supplemented by a range of bonuses — a monthly regulation bonus, a facility-oriented bonus for the engineering staff, this being the profit on a given completion of a project and bonuses for performing additional contracted tasks.

Employees also receive additional festive financial benefits, as well as prizes for achievements and jubilee bonuses.

Since we are investing throughout Poland and abroad, we provide accommodation and transportation for our employees who have to travel in the manner of refunding all costs in this regard. We provide company cars and other work equipment (a laptop and company phone) to the management.

We co-finance the purchase of school books and holiday trips and fund Christmas gifts for our employees' children. There is a savings and loans scheme operating in the company that enables emergency financial aid to those employees interested. We also provide low-interest loans for the purchase of flats built by Unibep.
