Topping out on the investment Tertio Ponte in Włocławek

Almost fifty people took part in the ceremony of topping out on the Tertio Ponte investment in Włocławek. All who took the floor during the ceremony, emphasised the uniqueness of this project and its significance for the future development of the city and the surrounding neighbourhood. “I congratulate all those involved in the implementation of the project on their achievements and extend my appreciation,” wrote Prime Minister of Poland Mateusz Morawiecki in a special letter.
Tertio Ponte is a modern office and service complex being constructed by Unibep in Włocławek. After ten months of construction, the building has reached its intended height, signifying the completion of this construction stage. The traditional wreath was hung 25 metres above the ground.
The future of prefabrication
“Thanks to the prefabrication method, the ARP Operator swiftly and efficiently implements construction investments within the Factory Programme. I would like to underscore that this type of construction is the future, especially now when the construction industry grapples with the staffing problems,” said Krzysztof Mikołajczyk, Vice-president of the Management Board of Unibep and Construction Director. “Regarding the implementation of the Tertio Ponte investment, I would like to highlight another crucial aspect, namely the exemplary cooperation of Polish companies. We have here a public investor, a general contractor from the Podlaskie voivodeship, and a general manufacturer of prefabricated elements from Włocławek. This how the structure of investments should be shaped in Poland!”

The topping out ceremony was attended by the representatives of state authorities: Vice-minister in the Ministry of Rural Development Anna Gembicka, the parliament member Joanna Borowiak, and the Vice-president of Włocławek Krzysztof Kukucki. The Investor was represented by the Chairman of the ARP Operator Mariusz Domeradzki, the Director of the Investment Implementation Office and President of the Tertio Ponte Company Patrycja Bębas, and the Project Manager Cezary Orzechowski.
A word from the Prime Minister
Anna Gembicka read the letter from the Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, addressed to the ceremony attendees. “The topping out of the building under construction as part of the Tertio Ponte Investment is an important step in the development of Włocławek. This high-class office and service building (…) opens up the prospects for attracting companies from the modern business services sector to Włocławek. Congratulations on completing another stage of work on such a necessary investment for the city. I am confident that the subsequent stages will proceed just as efficiently and effectively. I believe that this investment will wonderfully serve the residents, contribute to the development of your city, and thereby contribute to the development of our homeland,” wrote the Prime Minister.
“On my part, I want to add that during the talks with the Prime Minister, the topic of this investment arises often. And I can say that I am proud that a beautiful, representative building is being constructed here in Włocławek. I am grateful to everyone who is working on this project,” said Anna Gembicka.

“I could not imagine a better business card for my neighbourhood,” said the Member of Parliament Joanna Borowiak. There were many discussions, many meetings, aiming for the construction of such an office building in Włocławek. The most important thing is that we managed to convince the decision-makers that Włocławek deserves such an investment. I can't wait for the office building to open.”
“This investment is necessary for us to reach out to businesses beyond our local area. And we hope that we will succeed,” added the Vice-president of Włocławek Krzysztof Kukucki.
“We are already counting down the time until the completion of the investment because the work on the project is truly excellent, and we are eager to welcome entrepreneurs at this modern abode. We believe that the first quarter of 2024 as the delivery date of the building is within reach” said the Chairman of the ARP Operator Mariusz Domeradzki. “Thank you all for your fantastic work,” he added.
“Today, I would like to thank, above all, those who made it possible for us to celebrate the topping out of Tertio Ponte, the employees and coworkers of Unibep and the ARP Operator,” said Patrycja Bębas, Director of the Investment Implementation Office at ARP Operator and President of the Management Board of Fabryka Tertio Ponte. “With immense satisfaction, I observe the rapid pace at which the building is being constructed.

Class A and BREEAM certification
Tertio Ponte will be a modern class A office and service complex. Buildings of this type are characterised by high finishing standards, excellent furnishing, and state-of-the-art management systems.
The building is undergoing BREEAM certification, a system for assessing buildings in terms of their ecological and environmental friendliness, as well as user comfort. On the six-point scale, Tertio Ponte ranks third with a GOOD rating, indicating that it fulfils 45-55% of the BREEAM criteria. In Tertio Ponte, many ecological solutions have been implemented. It is worth noting, for instance, the photovoltaic roofing of the car park and the photovoltaic blinds covering the building’s top floor windows.
The Tertio Ponte is being implemented within the “Factory Programme”, for which the Industrial Development Agency and the ARP Operator company are responsible. The partner of the investment is the local government of Włocławek.
