Not only Unibep SA ranked third among companies in podlaskie voivodeship, but also the President of the Management Board of Unibep SA Leszek Gołąbiecki was awarded the title of the Manager of the Year 2021. These are the results of the business ranking Podlaska Złota Setka Przedsiębiorstw (Golden Hundred Companies of Podlasie) presented by the regional newspaper Kurier Poranny.
On Thursday evening, we met the winners and laureates of the ranking. Its results were announced during a special gala, which has been held for the 19th time.
The basic criterion by which the enterprises from Podlasie were assessed was their revenue. Unibep SA ranked 3rd in the latest edition of Golden Hundred of Companies of Podlasie in 2021. We were surpassed, which has become a tradition over the past several years, only by two large dairy cooperatives from Podlasie: SM Mlekovita from Wysokie Mazowieckie and SM Mlekpol from Grajewo.
The jury awarded the only individual award, the title of the Manager of the Year 2021, to the President of Unibep SA Leszek Marek Gołąbiecki. The jury chose the winner from among five candidates submitted by different members.
“This award is on the one hand a great surprise, and a great distinction on the other. Firstly, because it is a reward for the whole company of Unibep. This award has been received in UNIBEP for the second time. That makes it even more important. Previously, it was awarded to the president of the Supervisory Board Jan Mikołuszko, who is the former president of the Company and its current co-owner. Once again, the jury has recognised the quality of the management of our company. The manager’s task is team building, and I am convinced that Unibep has got a fantastic team. It is the team that made the company come out of the pandemic stronger. And as if the current crisis caused by the war in Ukraine, our company will also come out stronger, which I wish to all employees,” said Leszek Marek Golabecki on stage.
The ranking Podlaska Złota Setka Przedsiębiorstw is the biggest one in Podlaskie voivodeship and it is based on hard financial data.
