5/2016 | Notification received pursuant to Article 160 of the Act on Financial Instruments Trading
The Management Board of UNIBEP S.A. hereby gives notice that on 29 January 2016 the Issuer received a notification from a member of the Issuer's Supervisory Board, in which the said member informed the Issuer of the disposal carried out by them on 11–18 June 2015 on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (ordinary session transaction).
