The Management Board of UNIBEP SA (Issuer, Company) informs that due to the expiration of the current term of the Management Board of the Company on 14 May 2020, the Issuer's Supervisory Board appointed the following persons to the Management Board for the 6^th term of office, lasting 3 years and commencing on the day of the end of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2020. The composition of the Board:  Leszek Marek Gołąbiecki - President of the Management Board, Sławomir Kiszycki and Krzysztof Mikołajczyk - Vice Presidents of the Management Board.
