The Management Board of UNIBEP SA (Issuer, Company) informs that on 9 April 2020 signed - with Hyundai Engineering Co., Ltd. seated in Seoul (Hyundai, General Contractor), acting as Hyundai Engineering Co., Ltd SA Branch in Poland - a subcontracting agreement (Agreement).
