The office building with a height of 28.70 m is located at the intersection of Przyokopowa street and Grzybowska corner. It was designed on a rectangular shape with dimensions of 60 x 35 m. On the first floor there are service areas, a representative hall and technical rooms. Above, there is office space. A three-level garage for cars and technical rooms with a ramp entering the building from Przyokopowa Street. The location of the office building provides easy access to public transportation, including many streetcar lines whose stops are located on nearby Towarowa Street. In the future, the second line of the Warsaw subway will also run in the area.
The building complies with the latest standards for Class A office space. Modern air-conditioning and ventilation systems, the possibility of effective division into rooms, equipment with raised floors facilitating the distribution of computer cabling and many other solutions have been applied to meet the expectations of the most demanding clients.
The building is distinguished by its unique and elegant architecture. The dynamic, modern and light form of the office building has been achieved through the composition of glass and stone planes, as well as the intertwining longitudinal ceiling strips of the buildings. The juxtaposition of two materials - dark stone and glass - allowed the creation of a modern, elegant and representative building. In addition, the building's large glass planes reflect the characteristic brick facades of the nearby Warsaw Uprising Museum building, creating a unique dialogue and testimony to two eras in the history of Warsaw.

The Victoria Hotel is a four-star original property that offers air-conditioned rooms within walking distance of the Church of St. Simon and St. Helen in Minsk, The National Art Museum of the Republic of Belarus and Minsk-Arena Complex.
Guests can take advantage of 24-hour reception, 24-hour room service and laundry facilities, as well as such amenities as a newsstand, free parking and currency exchange.
A local spa offers a Jacuzzi, massage and solarium. An on-site fitness center offers a gymnasium, fitness classes.
The scope of work included: design, construction, finishing, sanitary and technical works, including ventilation and air-conditioning system, electrical and low-voltage installation, complete turnkey delivery of furniture, equipment, and room furnishings, as well as landscaping. The foundation of the high-rise part of the building consists of monolithic grates on a pile base of drilled piles formed in the ground. An uncovered garage (parking) for 308 spaces, unheated, equipped with a parking system, open with a room for security and service and wc; height of 6 floors.

The project included the development of a 4* hotel "Crowne Plaza St. Petersburg Airport" and two A-class office buildings (Jupiter-1, Jupiter-2) that are part of the business center "MFC AIROPRTCITY St. Petersburg". The facility meets European standards in all respects. The advantageous location of the complex in the immediate vicinity of Pulkovo airport and close to the ring road eliminates transportation problems, allowing easy access to any part of the city, including the historic center.
The scope of work included construction and finishing works, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical and low-power equipment, delivery and installation of furniture and equipment, landscaping.

28.06.2012 - The multifunctional complex "Airposrcity St. Petersburg" and ZAO "Avielen A.G." received gold bricks in the CRE AWARDS 2012 competition. "Airporcity St. Petersburg" was the winner in the category "multifunctional complex - St. Petersburg", while "AVIELEN AG" was named Developer of the Year 2012.
