The Szmaragdowe estate is located in the area of Talarowa Street and Ceramiczna Street in the Białołęka District.

Mozaika Mokotow in the first investment stage is a construction of 143 residential units housed in two buildings. The development is characterized by a Mediterranean style, i.e. inspired by nature with a focus on friendly atmosphere and design associated with harmony and warmth. Residents have at their disposal a green courtyard with a playground. Mozaika's strengths are the bright and cozy apartments, which can draw light from panoramic windows.
