235 residential premises, 7 storeys above ground and one underground floor. Works on the investment in Warsaw's Bemowo district gather pace. The agreement was signed in March this year and the end of works is scheduled for March 2023.
The Deputy Mayor of the city of Warsaw, Aldona Machnowska-Góra, who came to the ceremony, thanked everyone for their presence. She reminded about the importance of cooperation and recognised the work of Unibep SA as general contractor. She also reminded all about the fact that Warsaw is still developing and the number of investments is constantly increasing.
President of TBS Warszawa Północ Piotr Jaworski thanked the authorities for their financial support and mentioned our exceptional cooperation at TBS Radzymińska investment which has been then already recognised as a large-scale investment. After the speeches, the cornerstone was laid down.
