In the first quarter of 2021 Unibep Group generated the net profit of approx. PLN 9.5 million (last year for the same period – PLN 3.2 million), with sales in the amount of approx. PLN 307 million (last year in the corresponding period ¬ PLN 347 million). These are the preliminary, estimated data released yesterday evening.
In the company's opinion, an improvement in the consolidated net profit compared with the previous year was mainly due to the good results achieved in the development segment of Unibep Group.
“The presented financial data are the preliminary results received during the preparation of the financial statements for the reporting period, to the best knowledge of the Management Board, as of the date of their preparation and on the assumption that no circumstances will arise that could significantly affect the presented items after the date of publication of the presented financial data” – we read in the report.
Publication of the report including the financial results for the first quarter of 2021 is scheduled for 31 May.
