Unidevelopment starts operating in Pomerania

A company belonging to Unidevelopment Group bought two land plots in Gdańsk. This is the first investment of Unidevelopment SA in Pomerania.

The plots are located in Gdańsk, in Piecki-Migowo district. The first plot has an area of approx. 0.17 ha, the second – approx. 0.56 ha. In total, our developer paid for the land PLN 30  million net. This area will serve for a development investment consisting of 290 apartments. The investment is scheduled to start in the second quarter of 2022.

Unidevelopment SA has already been present on markets of Warsaw, Poznań and Radom. It also sells flats in Bielsk Podlaski (Mickiewicza housing estate). The purchase of land in Gdańsk is yet a subsequent step in growth of Unidevelopment, a subsidiary of Unibep SA.
