Topping out at the Wola Gabriela investment in Warsaw

The topping out is a special day for the construction team. It means that it will not build any higher. I congratulate everyone working on the Wola Gabriela investment in Warsaw - said during the ceremony Krzysztof Mikołajczyk, vice president of the management board and construction director at Unibep SA.

On 23 September 2020 a cameral topping out ceremony took place at the Wola Gabriela investment in Warsaw. A special meeting was attended by several dozen people, mainly representatives of the investor, the company Sokratesa Development Sp. z o.o., and the general contractor, Unibep SA, and invited guests.

- We have done a lot of fantastic work. There are still many challenges ahead, however when I see the commitment of the team working on this investment, my heart grows - said Krzysztof Mikołajczyk.

In the first stage of the investment on Jana Kazimierza 62A Street, 130 apartments will be built. Their size will range from 25 m2 to 137 m2. Additionally, there will be two open space commercial premises  with an area of 303 m2 and 317 m2. The construction is impressive.

- I am very pleased with the cooperation with Unibep SA. The team working here is focused on cooperation and actual problem solving - added Marek Mackiewicz, member of the management board of Sokratesa Development Sp. z o.o. - I believe that the project will be delivered according to the schedule.

As announced by the developer, the first tenants will be able to get their keys in the fourth quarter of 2021.

These very attractive, in architectural terms, buildings are located in the Wola Odolany district, which  today is one of the most dynamically developing regions of Warsaw. Numerous bus and tram lines make the journey to heart of the city shorter than a quarter of an hour. In the near future, just a few tram stops away, the tram station of the second underground line will be built on Płocka Street.
