Leszek Gołąbiecki as President of the Management Board, Sławomir Kiszycki and Krzysztof Mikołajczyk, as Vice-presidents. This is the composition of the Management Board of Unibep SA appointed on 14 May 2020 by the decision of the company's Supervisory Board.
This is the sixth term of office of the Management Board. According to the resolution of the Supervisory Board, the new Management Board has been appointed for three years, and its term of office begins on the ending day of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2020.
It is worth mentioning that Leszek Gołąbiecki has been the President of the Management Board of Unibep SA since June 2014. He is also a member of the Supervisory Boards at Unidevelopment SA, Budrex Sp. z o.o., and Unihouse SA, as well as the President of the Management Board in the company Unibep PPP Sp. z o.o., and in April 2019, he became Vice President of the Management Board in the Cluster of Construction Exporters.
Sławomir Kiszycki is the member of the Management Board of Unibep SA and financial director since June 2013, and the Vice President of the Management board since June 2014. Moreover, Sławomir Kiszycki is a president of Supervisory Board in Monday Development S.A. and is a member of the Supervisory Board in Budrex Sp. z o.o. He also acts as the commercial proxy in Unibep PPP Sp. z o.o., a deputy member of the Board of Directors at Seljedalen AS, and the President of the Management Board of Unihouse SA
Krzysztof Mikołajczyk has been the member of the Management Board of Unibep SA since May 2018, a director of residential, commercial, and industrial construction, and the Vice-President of the Management Board of Unibep SA since November 2018. Moreover, Krzysztof Mikołajczyk is a member of the Supervisory Board at Budrex sp. z o.o.
