Budrex will build a section of S 61 expressway

On 5 May 2020, Budrex Sp. z o.o. from Białystok, a company from Unibep Group, signed an agreement with MOTA-ENGIL CENTRAL EUROPE SA with its registered office in Kraków for the comprehensive construction of bridge structures as part of the investment called: "Design and construction of the S61 expressway Ostrów Mazowiecka - Szczuczyn, section: "Łomża South" junction (with the junction) - "Łomża West" junction (without the junction), of length approx. 7.186 km [S61] + DK 63 [GP] 8.907 km". The value of the agreement is approx. PLN 21.67 million net. Works are to start within the next days. The completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2021.

 Let us just remind that this is the second agreement of Budrex Sp. z o.o. for the construction of bridge structures at construction of the S61 expressway. Earlier, on 16 April 2020, a company from Białystok signed a subcontracting Agreement for comprehensive construction of bridges as part of the investment project called: "Design and construction of the S61 expressway Szczuczyn - Budzisko (national border) divided into tasks: Task No. 1: section Szczuczyn - Junction Ełk South”, the agreement was signed with a consortium composed of: PORR SA with its registered office in Warsaw, PORR Bau GmbH with its registered office in Vienna and UNIBEP SA with its registered office in Bielsk Podlaski.

In both cases, Budrex is a subcontractor and the ordering party is the State Treasury, represented by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways.
