New agreements for two construction projects

On 9 April 2020, Unibep SA signed two agreements for the implementation of construction projects in Poznań and the city of Police.

For a company from the Unidevelopment Group, we will build two buildings with 8 floors over the ground level, where there will be a total of 251 residential premises, 11 service premises and 259 garage spaces. The value of the agreement is approx. PLN 67.6 million net.

On 9 April 2020, an agreement was also signed with Hyundai Engineering Co., Ltd SA Branch in Poland for the implementation of the project called “Construction of the Polimery Police complex, consisting of PDH installation, PP installations, PP logistics infrastructure with auxiliary installations, inter-facility connections  and a handling and storage terminal” (Polimery Police Project). The value of the agreement is approx. EUR 11.64 million net, equivalent to approx. PLN 52.8 million net at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland as of the day of signing the agreement.
