Nordic Mokotów project

On 27 February, the topping out ceremony took place at the third stage of the Nordic Mokotów housing estate. We celebrated this event with all those who work on an investment every day. There were representatives of the investor, the general contractor, Unibep engineering staff and invited guests with us.

 - This is our fifth joint investment. We are very pleased with our cooperation so far, which is confirmed by subsequent joint projects being implemented - said Tomasz Konarski, the President of the YIT Management Board.

The project investor is YIT Development - the biggest developer in Finland and one of the major construction companies in Northern Europe. It operates on the market designing and constructing apartments, office buildings, entire spaces, while also specialising in infrastructure construction. The third stage of Nordic Mokotów stands for 124 spacious apartments constructed in Finnish design, located in a quiet area.
