The shopping centre in Grodno officially opened
On 29 February 2020, a shopping gallery in Grodno was officially and solemnly opened. Unibep SA was the general contractor for the investment.
Modern, colourful, customer-friendly - this is the shopping gallery in Grodno. It consists of a commercial part (area over 60,000 m2) and the office part (approx. 5,000 m2). There is a spacious parking lot in front of the building - for over two thousand cars. The construction took approximately two years.
The investor was Triniti Invest Sp. z o.o. with its office in Grodno (Republic of Belarus). So, the investor's representatives and the general contractor celebrated during the ceremony the completion of works and transferring the shopping centre for use. There were words of gratitude and summaries of joint work. It is worth mentioning that the Belarusian investor obtained a credit with KUKE insurance granted by Polish banks.
The shopping centre in Grodno is another big investment carried out by Unibep SA in Belarus. In Minsk, the company built the Victoria Hotel and the Medical and Tennis Centre, in Bolbasovo - a large logistics centre.
Currently, Unibep SA has started the construction of a sports and recreation facility "FOK Luchiny" in Minsk. The ordering party is "Akwa Minsk”- a municipal enterprise based in Minsk.
