Unihouse SA will build a hotel in Poland

On 18 February 2020, Unihouse SA signed a contract for the implementation of the first stage of a hotel investment in the commune of Mszczonów in the Mazowieckie Province.

The company will design and build in modular wooden technology a turnkey hotel with 40 rooms.

Commencement of design works is scheduled for the first quarter of 2020, production for the third quarter of 2020, and completion of the investment is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2020.

The ordering party is Expo Apartments, a company from Adept Investment capital group with its office in Warsaw.

- We are happy that we will be building in Poland again. Last year, we completed a housing estate in the municipality of Mszczonów, and we have another chance to present the possibilities of modular construction of UNIHOUSE - says the president of UNIHOUSE SA, Sławomir Kiszycki.
