The commentary of the president of Unibep SA to the results of the third quarter of 2019

The three quarters of 2019 the Unibep Capital Group closed with sales at the level of approx. PLN 1.2 billion and net result of approx. PLN 20.4 million. The result of the Unibep Group has been much better than in previous quarters of 2019, which is associated with the growing profits of Unidevelopment SA, as well as with good results of Unibep SA. This is in line with the predictions of management board - Leszek Marek Gołąbiecki, the president of the management board of Unibep SA wrote in a commentary to the report for the third quarter of 2019 of the Unibep Group.

 - I would like to inform you that our order portfolio in the construction and infrastructure industries is worth approx. PLN 1.8 billion (including over PLN 400 million in the fourth quarter of 2019). From the beginning of the third quarter of 2019, we have signed contracts for the amount of approx. PLN 600 million We are currently working mainly on receiving orders for 2020 and subsequent years. Our goal is to build a secure and diversified portfolio of orders that will allow to use effectively the potential of the entire Unibep Group.
