Topping out the first residential building of the Nowa Mangalia housing estate

- Cooperation with the Unibep Group is a pleasure, all the more so, the deadlines have been met. I am sure that this is not our last joint implementation - said Andrzej Wójcik, the President of the Management Board of the General Partner of the Polish Investment Projects during the topping out ceremony at the first residential building of the Nowa Mangalia housing estate.

 The investor of the implementation is the Polish Investment Projects group, which belongs to the company Satoria Group. Unibep SA is the general contractor. 

Nowa Mangalia is a new place in Warsaw's Mokotów district that combines the unique atmosphere with the perfect location. As the topping out is a tradition that Unibep SA has been cultivating for years, this project would not have been complete without it. Everybody met at the construction site: the representatives of the Unibep Group Management Board, the investor, that is Polish Investment Projects, the substitute investor - The Blue Ocean Investment Group, Satoria SA, the architecture office GCK Architects and Bank Pekao SA and all business partners and contractors. 

- All works are going well and according to schedule. I hope that further work will go equally well or even better. We owe many thanks to everyone working on this investment, in particular to our business partners and Unibep staff - said Leszek Gołąbiecki, the President of the Management Board of Unibep SA.

After the official part, which were the speeches of Leszek Gołąbiecki and Andrzej Wójcik, came the most important moment, that is the topping ceremony carried out by the construction manager - Norbert Dragun.
