Houses from Unihouse in the Park of Poland

The first 92 modular houses manufactured by Unihouse that came to the Park of Poland will appear in the Suntago Village.

Suntago Village with the Suntago Water World water park is the first stage of the Park of Poland complex. Millions of Poles will find here attractions for themselves - from fun for the youngest to the most extreme solutions. The Park of Poland is located in Mszczonów municipality - in the heart of Poland, just 40 minutes from Warsaw. A set of Suntago Village bungalows will provide people looking for recreation with a lot of independence and leisure far away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The first houses are already in place

A set of Suntago Village bungalows is just a few hundred meters away from the water park. The first holiday houses are already in place - they have arrived at the construction site fully finished and equipped. Each has a double bedroom, a living room with convertible sofa and a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. There will also be a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue at guests' disposal.

In each house will be able to live up to four people. It is also possible to join individual bungalows to suit the expectations of larger families or groups of friends. Guests will have all the necessary equipment at their disposal, such as: a LED TV, a microwave, a cooking hob, a fridge, a kettle and a hair dryer.

Ecological houses delivered by Unihouse Branch of Unibep SA provide exceptional comfort year-round at minimal use of energy for heating. Owing to modern modular technology, the assembly of all 92 houses will be completed in 8 weeks.

The three houses closest to the central building with the reception will be adapted for people with disabilities. In all of the houses there will be an option of adding a baby cot and bowls for four-legged friends.

 For a short trip and for a family holiday

Suntago Village with the Suntago Water World water park is the perfect place for a weekend and a longer trip for both families with children and groups of friends, also for those who want to take their four-legged friends with them. The quiet surroundings of the houses will be favourable for cycling. One can walk to the water park or get there on an electric minibus.

They were manufactured under the roof of the Factory of Modular Houses in Bielsk Podlaski, so we are sure of the quality of their workmanship – adds Roman Jakubowski. – I would like to draw attention to one thing: we have completed the investor's order in a very short time of a few months. This was possible only thanks to excellent cooperation with the investor and the designers from the Tremend company and the collective from Hotel Professionals who advises us and the investor and will take care of the management and operation of the facility. I would like to stress that modular construction technology gives an advantage in investments where time is a key element.
