Symbolic topping on the first building of the prestigious realisation titled "Bohema - Strefa Praga" in Warsaw

The topping was hung on one of the three buildings being in implementation as part of the first stage of construction of the residential part of the project called "Bohema - Strefa Praga". The ceremony, which took place on 25 June 2019, was attended by dozens of people - representatives of the investor, designers, employees of Unibep and employees of companies cooperating in this implementation.

“Bohema” is a unique place on the map of Warsaw. It will be the new heart of Praga combining history with modernity. The project assumes the construction of a housing estate in industrial buildings after the former POLLENA URODA factory and in newly built buildings. On the area approx. 4.3 ha there will be apartments, commercial and office premises with co-working areas.
