The cornerstone at the construction site at Radzymińska Street

– I believe that in 2021, the inhabitants of Warsaw will be able to live here – said the Deputy Mayor of the Capital City of Warsaw Renata Kaznowska during the laying of the cornerstone at the TBS investment at Radzymińska Str. in Warsaw.

The ceremony took place on 14 June 2019 on the construction site. – We have passed the ground level, so now it is just the usual work – joked the deputy mayor. She also added that the investment at Radzymińska Street is part of the social housing development program in the capital. – I will come here to check the progress on the construction site, she announced.

– The cooperation with the general contractor, that is Unibep S.A., is exemplary, for what I would like to thank – said Piotr Jaworski, president of the management board of Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego Warszawa Północ. z o.o. - For sure, social housing will grow, and the investment at Radzymińska Str. is an example of that.

The founding act was signed by everyone who took part in this small meeting at the construction site. The capsule was laid into one of the walls.

In the two buildings that will be constructed at Radzymińska Str., there will be 215 apartments. The construction works commenced in February 2019. The completion of works is planned for the end of 2020. Currently, 90 people work on the construction site.
