The commentary of the President of the Management Board of Unibep SA to the financial results of the Unibep Capital Group for 2018

In 2018, the Unibep Group generated revenues of PLN 1.66 billion (with 1.8% increase, compared to the same period) and the net result - PLN 27.5 million (increase by 3.7% y/y).

A slight improvement in the consolidated data of the Group was primarily due to good results in two business segments - general contracting in export and development activities. I would like to add that we have a reliable stable portfolio of orders - for 2019 in the construction and infrastructure part it makes approx. PLN 1.4 billion, for subsequent years - PLN 0.6 billion. The portfolio is dominated by orders outsourced by private investors - wrote in a commentary on the results of the Unibep Capital Group Leszek Gołąbiecki, President of the Management Board of Unibep SA.

In addition to the summary of individual segments of activity, the President referred to the staffing situation and the Group's development. - In 2018, we have strengthened human resources and our competences in every business segment - the employment in the Unibep Group makes 1,486 people and practically did not change year-to-year. We skillfully and responsibly expand the cooperation between individual businesses of our Group - wrote Leszek Gołąbiecki.

- I am convinced that 2019 will be another demanding and difficult year for the construction industry. I would like to add that as the company's management board we have made many decisions to be prepare for this unstable situation - added the President of the Management Board of Unibep SA.
