The Centre in Bolbasovo has been officially opened

On February 6, 2019, in the village of Bolbasovo in the Republic of Belarus, the Logistics Centre has been officially opened. The general contractor of the investment was Unibep SA and the ordering party Bremino Group Sp. z o.o. based in Minsk.

Let us remind that on August 8, 2017, Unibep SA signed an agreement for the implementation of a logistics centre in Bolbasovo. The company from Bielsk Podlaski was the general contractor of the logistic-industrial complex with civil engineering and transport infrastructure facilities. Both Polish and local engineers employed in the structures of Unibep SA worked on the contract implementation

The value of the contract was approx. EUR 12.8 million. The Belarusian investor received from a Polish financial institution a loan, which was insured by KUKE (Export Credit Insurance Corporation).

Unibep SA has been a leading exporter of construction services for years, mainly to Eastern markets. We are currently conducting two more projects in Belarus: we are building a large shopping gallery in Grodno and a medical sports complex in Minsk.
