Unihouse awarded

Unihouse Branch Unibep SA was awarded in the national PFR Real Estate competition. Its results were announced on December 14 in Warsaw.

 PFR Nieruchomości announced a competition for the development of a prefabricated housing system within the framework of the Mieszkanie Plus programme. The development of modern, repeatable technological solutions will allow the entire market to increase the scale of implemented investments and reduce their costs.

It was a two-stage competition, the following companies were accepted to the final: BBGK Architekci, Unihouse Branch Unibep SA, UrbaArchitects, HM Inwest. The competition jury decided not to award the first prize. The second place was taken by BBGK Architekci, while the third place was taken by Unihouse Branch of Unibep SA.

The competition was organized by PFR Nieruchomości in cooperation, among others, with the Polish Association of Construction Employers and the Concrete Producers Association.
