Unihouse with a contract for construction in Poland

On December 12, 2018, Unihouse Branch Unibep S.A. signed a contract for the implementation of dormitories in modular technology in the city of Sopot in Poland. The ordering party is Eco Campus Sopot a Polish limited liability company based in Poznań.

According to the agreement, Unihouse will design and construct in modular technology a turnkey building with a height of four storeys above ground, in which there will be a total of 84 rooms. The contract value is approx. PLN 8.2 million net.

 The commencement of designing works has been set for the fourth quarter of 2018, the expected start of construction works is planned for the second quarter of 2019, and the completion of the entire project for the third quarter of 2019.

Production of modules will start provided Eco Campus obtains the construction permit.

 Let us remind that this year Unihouse has prepared special products for the Polish market - this concerns both multi-family residential buildings, as well as hotels, dormitories, etc.

The main market of Unihouse is Scandinavia, primarily Norway.
