Unidevelopment SA among the most profitable developers

Unidevelopment SA is currently the second most profitable company among housing estate developers from the capital market, considering the gross margin on sales from the first three quarters of 2018. This is shown by the ranking published by the "Rzeczpospolita" newspaper. The ranking appeared on December 7.

Our developer noted the biggest growth in this area and reaching 34.1% it stayed ahead of many of the biggest companies in this sector.

– We are very pleased with the results achieved by the company, – says Zbigniew Gościcki, President of the Management Board of Unidevelopment S.A. - It is the effect of good organization of work and the merit of a professional team. Thus, we show that the development segment can develop even when the conditions are demanding and currently pose a challenge for the entire construction industry.
