Nordic Mokotów with a hanging topping

On April 11, we celebrated the completion of the construction of a raw state of a residential building called Nordic Mokotów. This celebration that is important in the life of every construction, we have celebrated among all those who work on an investment every day. With us there were Investors, contractors, Unibep engineering staff and invited guests.

The investor of Nordic Mokotów is the Finnish concern YIT, one of the largest developers in Europe with over 100 years of history. This is one of the most remarkable construction companies in Northern Europe.

- “We are proud that such a large and significant company is building for us in Poland. We are also very impressed by how you use wooden construction in modular technology in Scandinavia. We are just learning this technology in Finland, and Unibep has been doing it in Norway for many years, and recently also in Sweden”. - said Tomasz Konarski, president of the board of YIT.

The second stage of realisation of Nordic Mokotów are 97 apartments designed according to Finnish design. From the upper floors you can admire the panorama of Warsaw.
