Triple ceremony

Dates in the schedules coincided with each other on three construction works: Apartamenty Mokotów Nad Skarpą, Osiedle Forma and Cybernetyki 17 for Dom Development SA. On April 25, we celebrated the unique topping out, because it was triple topping.

The investor, Dom Development is a leader on the Warsaw housing market and one of the largest and longest-running developers on the Polish market. By 2017, it could boast about putting about 30,000 flats and apartments into use.

- „We celebrated the first topping out ceremony of Dom Development 14 years ago. I believe that we have years of great cooperation ahead of us - said Leszek Gołąbiecki, president of the board at Unibep SA.

In total, Unibep has built 4,883 flats for Dom Development. Almost 2,000 flats are under construction.
