The general contractor of the building is Unibep S.A. (joint-stock company), a company from Bielsk Podlaski, whereas the investor is Galeria Północna Sp. z o.o. (limited liability company), which owner is GTC Group, one of the leading companies of the commercial real estate sector in the Central, East and South Europe.
