Topping-out ceremony at Aura Sky

On 6th December 2016 a symbolic wreath was hung on the 26th storey of Aura Sky the tallest building in the right-bank part of Warsaw. The investment is being implemented at Ostrobramska Street.

The conclusion of the first stage, concerning over 360 apartments, is planned for the 4th quarter of 2017. However, real work progress on reinforced concrete is ahead of by 6 months. The investor is Mill-Yon Gdańsk, a part of ILDC Group, which has been active in real estate development on every continent for over 100 years. The general contractor is Unibep SA, a company with over 65 years of tradition.

The investment has been divided into two stages which together will lead to the construction of 580 apartments. The buildings were planned around an inner garden : from Ostrobramska Street there is a 5-storey section, from Witolińska Street a 9-storey section, and from Rodziewiczówna a 90-metre landmark (26 storeys).

The first stage includes 361 apartments of varied structures: 1 room apartments from 35 m2, 2 rooms from 45 m2, 3 rooms from 63 m2 and 4 rooms from 92m2.

- The end of the work is scheduled for the middle of October 2017 – says Paweł Prażmowski. - We are six months ahead of the contracted schedule when it comes to the reinforced concrete structure. The remaining work is ahead of the deadlines too. However, we must take weather conditions into account. We do not know the extent to which the winter will make finishing work difficult for us. The final deadline guaranteed by the contract, – already with permit to use – expires on 31 November 2017.
