The Unibep Group has been placed among the ten biggest construction companies operating in Poland. The report on the construction sector – its current condition and predictions of growth - was published by Deloitte.
In a comprehensive report, Deloitte experts have analyzed the biggest companies within the construction sector in Poland in terms of both financial indicators and prospects of market growth. Unibep Group has been ranked in 10th position in terms of revenues for 2015.
"The primary subject of operation that Unibep Group focuses on is performance of general construction works connected to the construction of buildings – developer activity, rendering construction-installation services, and road and bridge construction. This construction work is performed both in Poland and abroad - the report states. - In 2015 UNIBEP Group employed 1 129 employees and reached revenue from primary operational activity in the amount of PLN 1.2 billion, achieving sales growth of 15% in comparison to the previous year. In 2015 81% of revenues were generated in the domestic market, while the remainder came from exports mostly to Scandinavia (mainly to Norway), Russia, Belarus and to German market. In sales structure displayed according to market segments 70% of revenues were generated by construction cubature operation. What distinguishes Unibep Group from its competition is its production operation. In its Modular House Factory in Bielsk Podlaski, the biggest such factory in Poland, modular buildings which are later installed in Scandinavia (mostly in the Norwegian market) are produced.
