Unibep, Grupa Waryński and Dantex hung a symbolic wreath in connection with the completion of the next phase of the “Miasto Wola” project located on Jana Kazimierza Street in the Wola district in Warsaw. The third phase of the project includes the construction of 131 flats with areas from 26 to 140 sq m. The completion of this phase of the project is planned for the 4th quarter of 2017.
The topping out ceremony was held on Jana Kazimierza Street in the Wola district on 19 October 2016. The symbolic wreath was hung on Building C constructed within the third phase of the housing project implemented by Grupa Waryński and the company of Dantex - Miasto Wola.
Less than seven months from the commencement of the construction works, the general contractor for the project, UNIBEP SA, completed the construction of all storeys of the building. The façade and finishing works have already begun in the building.

Very good cooperation with Dantex and the general contractor for the project has resulted in tangible effects, that is the completion of planned works considerably ahead of schedule. The very high rate of implementation of the project and its successful first phases has resulted in great numbers of prospective purchasers. The flats have been quickly selected from our offer, which is proven by the fact that at the topping up ceremony, almost 80 percent of the premises of the third phase of Miasto Wola have already been purchased”, said Mirosław Łoziński, President of the Management Board of Waryński S.A. Holding Group.

The third phase of the Miasto Wola project, similarly to the previous phases of the project, includes the construction of a C-shaped building
with a characteristic yard offering 131 flats with an increased standard. All premises will have spacious balconies, terraces or recessed balconies, and the flats on the ground floor - small gardens. The building will be fitted with numerous conveniences such as monitoring, reception desk, storage areas for residents and parking spaces - located above ground and in the underground garage.
Unibep SA completed all phases of “Miasto Wola” Residential Estate, and the work related to Building D has been just commenced.
