Avant-garde Home will be erected in Ochota

Unidevelopment SA has added a new housing investment in the Ochota district of Warsaw to its offer. The Avant-garde Home (Dom Awangarda) is being developed in the area at Szczęśliwiecka Street. It will be a six-storey building with a green patio, which draws on the modernist buildings commonly present in this part of Warsaw.

The Avant-garde Home (Dom Awangarda) is a buidling constructed at Szczęśliwiecka Street in Ochota - district of Warsaw located in the central part of the capital city of Poland, which underwent rapid development in the interwar period. New housing investments are rare here and thus, from the beginning of presale, the offer has attracted intense interest from clients. The project, being realized by Unidevelopment S.A., is adjusted to the neighbourhood character, and draws on the  modernist buildings which can be found in the Ochota district. There will be constructed in this area i.a. a green patio, where it will be possible to plant trees and upkeep the existing big ones. The patio together with the landscaping elements and playground will make an  exceptional area resembling other courtyards found in this part of Warsaw. The vegetation will not be limited here by underground car park as it happens in many new investments. In the case of Avant-garde Home (Dom Awangarda), the garage will be located under the residential part and only partially under the patio.

- The location of the investment enables us to realise a remarkably attractive project. Our offer is targeted at people who seek a typical urban investment in a friendly neighbourhood. The Ochota district is an important part of the capital city, which is vibrant with life and provides residents with many facilities. Apart from the advantages of proximity of two parks, retail and service complexes and convenient transportation, we will also guarantee our clients a high quality of workmanship. The general contractor of the investment is Unibep S.A., a renowned company carrying out i.a. housing investments in Warsaw. The size and functional system of the premises will provide comfort for future residents - said Zbigniew Gościcki, President of the Management Board of Unidevelopment SA.

There will be 313 apartments with floor areas from 27 m2 to 142 m2. All the premises will have a terrace, balcony, loggia or - in case of ground floor apartments - a garden. Timber windows, which will be equipped with sliding blinds on the top floor, will lend a special character to the apartments. In every staircase there will be a room for bicycles and prams at residents' disposal. On the courtyard there will be also bicycle racks. A charging station for electric vehicles is planned in the garage. The entrance to the facility will be through a representational lobby with a guards room. The investment will be equipped with monitoring devices and access control. From the side of Szczęśliwiecka Street there will be service premises in the building. The author of the Avant-garde Home (Dom Awangarda) is the design studio Hermanowicz Rewski Architects.

The Avant-garde Home (Dom Awangarda) is constructed nearby the Warszawa Zachodnia Station, the shopping mall Blue City and the main arteries of the Ochota district ensuring i.a. easy access to public transport. Owing to this fact future residents will be able to reach quickly and efficiently the city centre, other parts of Warsaw and also the developed trade and service infrastructure nearby.

At a distance of just 300m from the investment project, there is Western Park (Park Zachodni), whose territory will be regenerated soon. The zoning plan provides that it will be divided into several zones. In the classic zone, which will function as a leisure and recreation zone, there will be wide walking alleys, fountains, a seasonal cafe and comfortable benches. The sport zone will be equipped with a climbing wall, pitches, an outdoor gym and a skatepark. Moreover, kids will also find some attractions in the park - there will be a modern playground. In addition, it is not far from Szczęśliwicki Park, in which one can do i.a. street workout, jogging or go skiing.
