OKAM and UNIBEP SA signed the contract for general contracting of the fourth stage of the InCity investment at Siedmiogrodzka Street in Warsaw. UNIBEP SA was the contractor for the previous three stages. The project was created in the Grupa 5 architectural studio.
In the fourth stage, 84 flats will be built. At this stage, the flats built will be smaller than in the previous stages and will have a surface area of 26 m2 to 84 m2. Residential premises are distributed over 7 floors of a detached building with commercial premises on the ground floor. The building's architecture refers to buildings constructed in the previous stages. The investment will be finished to a high standard. Green areas and a playground for children are arranged between the buildings. 91 parking spaces in a three-storey underground garage under the building will be available for residents.

The 4th stage is the last part of the InCity project.
