16/2010 | Management Board recommendation concerning transferring a part of profit for 2009 for payment of the dividend
UNIBEP S.A. Management (Issuer) informs that on 19 April 2010 it submitted to the Supervisory Board a motion to designate part of a net profit for 2009 for payment of the dividend. The total value of the planned dividend will be PLN 3,392,718.40 i.e., 10 grosz per share.
