In reference to the current report no. 3/2016 of 25 January 2016, the Management Board of UNIBEP S.A. (the Issuer) hereby gives notice that it is changing the publication date of the individual and consolidated annual report for the year 2015 from 16 March 2016 to 15 March 2016.
