The Management Board of Unibep S.A. (the Company, the Issuer) informs that on 6 June 2016 it signed the contract (the Contract) for construction of the residential building in general contracting system at Pereca Street in Warsaw. The Employer is Matexi Polska Pereca Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw.
