Topping out a building at the sPlace Park in Warsaw

- I am very pleased with the progress of works at the construction site and, above all, with the fact that we have the opportunity to cooperate with such a solid and reliable contractor, that is Unibep Group - said Carlos de Leon, Country Manager of Layetana Real Estate Poland during the topping out of a building at the sPlace Park in Warsaw.

Unibep Group is the General Contractor of this implementation while its Investor is a Spanish company called Layetana Real Estate Poland.

The sPlace Park is a unique place on the map of Warsaw where the history combines with modernity becoming the new heart of Żoliborz district. Topping out at the construction site is already a tradition in our company. We have been cultivating it for many years. It is to bring prosperity to both the building and the people working on this investment.

The representatives of contractors, investors, architects and business partners met on the construction site. The whole ceremony began with the formal part, during which Krzysztof Mikołajczyk, being the Vice President of the Management Board and Construction Director of Unibep SA and Carlos de Leon, being the Country Manager of Layetana Real Estate Poland, gave their speeches.

- It is not our first cooperation and I think it is not the last - says Krzysztof Mikołajczyk. Both groups, that is of the Investor and the General Contractor, had the opportunity to successfully cooperate several years ago in the implementation of the multi-family housing estate "Mozaika Mokotów" in Warsaw.

The official part was followed by the highlight of that day, which was the solemn pulling of the topping out onto the roof by Tomasz Muczyński, the construction manager (in the photo).
