– This is our next joint project with Unibep. Our companies have known each other for years and they trust each other. I would like to wish all of you to have such partners – said Arie Koren, managing director of OKAM Capital, the investor in this implementation.

The topping was hung on one of the three buildings being in implementation as part of the first stage of construction of the residential part of the project called "Bohema - Strefa Praga". The ceremony, which took place on 25 June 2019, was attended by dozens of people - representatives of the investor, designers, employees of Unibep and employees of companies cooperating in this implementation.

“Bohema” is a unique place on the map of Warsaw. It will be the new heart of Praga combining history with modernity. The project assumes the construction of a housing estate in industrial buildings after the former POLLENA URODA factory and in newly built buildings. On the area approx. 4.3 ha there will be apartments, commercial and office premises with co-working areas.

The Okam Capital Group has in its portfolio both residential and commercial projects located in Poland, Israel and Cyprus. OKAM has been operating for 15 years on the property development market in Poland, where it is implementing new successful projects. Currently in the portfolio of OKAM there are 16 projects in four cities: in Warsaw, Łódź, Katowice and Kraków.
