Topping out at the construction site of "Kolonia Sielce" housing estate in Warsaw

Celebration at the construction site, that is placing a symbolic topping, took place at Sielecka St. 39A in Warsaw on May 29, 2019.

- From the point of view of the general contractor, the implementation is quite demanding. We deal primarily with a difficult location and a small construction site. Nevertheless, the works are going according to plan - said Leszek Gołąbiecki, President of the Management Board of Unibep SA.

"Kolonia Sielce" housing estate is a new quality in construction in the green heart of the city of Sielce. There is a cosy frontage envisaged in the project - on the ground floor there will be retail premises, on the first floor - office space, and a large part of the building is intended for residential premises. The whole is to be made to a very high standard.

- This is our first joint implementation, but we have been friends with Jan Mikołuszko for many years. I knew that choosing Unibep as the general contractor would be a hit and I was not wrong - said Marek Ogrodzki, the dominant shareholder of Omig S.A.

Let us remind, that topping out is a traditional custom of celebrating the completion of the building's raw state. Unibep SA has been cultivating this tradition for years.

The expected completion date is the first quarter of 2020.
