The first stage of Aroma Park topped out

Aroma Park is a unique project, under which one of the most important monuments of northern Warsaw is being restored to its magnificence - Henryk Bienenthal's Yeast Distillery at  Klasyków 10 Str.

New, cosy 3-story buildings, whose façade is to refer to the industrial past of the place, will harmoniously match the existing development. The entire investment will offer customers over 400 new apartments.

- Unibep has a monopoly on construction of our projects in Poland. I am convinced that it was a good choice - said Tomasz Konarski, president of the management board of the YIT company.

The investor of the Aroma Park implementation is the YIT Group, the largest developer in Finland and one of the largest developers in Europe. In Poland, it is completing two investments: Nordic Mokotów and Aroma Park - both being built by Unibep.
