Unibep SA issued bonds

Unibep issued 3-year unsecured series E bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 30 million. The organiser of the issue and the offeror was Navigator SA Brokerage House

- We are satisfied with the result of the issue, which allows the Unibep Group to maintain the existing outstanding level of issued bonds. Just to remind, on June 1, this year, we bought C series bonds worth PLN 30 million. The acquired funds will influence the further development of the Group, including primarily growth of our real estate development activities, which thanks to these funds will be able to reinvest the generated surpluses in further development projects in Warsaw and Poznan - said Sławomir Kiszycki, Vice President of the Management Board of Unibep SA (in the photo).

- Despite the current negative sentiment of investors to the corporate bond market and to the construction industry, the Company has managed to issue new bonds. This is mainly the result of the good financial standing of the Unibep Group, ongoing and planned projects and the strategy chosen by the Management Board, which once again has convinced investors to invest in the Company's bonds - added Mateusz Mucha, Manager at Navigator SA Brokerage House, responsible for the corporate bond department.
