Ceremonial topping out on the "Moldawska 5" building was held on April 26, 2018. This is the moment when the building's raw condition is completed, only finishing works remain.

The investor, Warszawska Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa OCHOTA (housing co-operative), stands for nearly 100 year of tradition in housing construction. Its range includes Warsaw’s districts of Ochota and Wlochy. The General Contractor of the Investment is OSIEDLE MŁODYCH (Sp. z o.o). The Contractor of the realisation is UNIBEP SA.
All apartments at 5 Moldavska Street have already been sold.
