The Rondo Wiatraczna investment is open

On 28 February 2018, the official opening of the Rondo Wiatraczna shopping centre and of the entire investment took place. The general contractor was Unibep SA.

In total, a two-level modern shopping and service complex, located in the heart of the Praga-Południe district, at the intersection of Grochowska St., Aleja Stanów Zjednoczonych Av. and Aleja Waszyngtona Av., covers over 11,000 sq. m of commercial space.

Rondo Wiatraczna is a higher-standard construction with modern architecture, consisting of three parts: a 9-storey and two 18-storeys. As part of the investment, approx. 470 residential premises have been created.
